An Amazon Flex driver in Missouri was apparently in such a hurry that he couldn’t be bothered to turn around at the end of a recipient’s driveway. Instead, he chose the homeowner’s meticulously maintained lawn as the perfect spot to make a two-point turn. Unsurprisingly, the homeowner was not pleased; in addition to the visible tire tracks left across the grass, a front porch security camera captured the entire incident.
Using the Reddit username Paymee_Money, the Amazon package recipient shared security camera footage across multiple subreddits, ensuring that the person who damaged his lawn would be publicly called out online. On r/Wellthatsucks and in other posts, OP titled the clip, “Amazon Strikes Again, My House Today”.
He continued, writing, “What is wrong with people? There is a huge area directly in front of him he could’ve turned around in.” In the comments, he shared a photo of the “huge area” he was referring to, and it did appear spacious enough for a driver to make a comfortable U-turn.
Redditors Criticized the Amazon Driver for His Behavior, but Also Complained About the Driveway
Adding to the frustration, the Amazon Flex driver then rushed out of his poorly parked car and tossed the package onto the porch, a move many viewers saw as blatant carelessness, but the conversation quickly took an unexpected turn at OP’s driveway.

“Everything about that front yard is just terrible. The driveway, the lawn, the “landscaping”. Just soul destroying.”
Although a few users questioned the layout of Paymee_Money’s property and the narrow driveway leading up to his home, he clarified that he had already taken steps to guide delivery drivers. “We have a message that says careful when backing up, please stay off the lawn. It also says to place a package in the plastic box on the front porch, not frisbee from 10 feet away to have it land right in front of the box,” he wrote angrily. OP also added a photo of his driveway showing that the driver did have more room and didn’t have to run over his lawn.
Paymee_Money does not appear willing to let the driver’s reckless behavior slide. Claiming to be an Amazon driver himself, he said he would “be looking for him at the warehouse.” That pointed remark aside, he added that he and his wife had already reported the Flex driver, though they were not optimistic that much would come of it.
