Delivering pizzas may seem straightforward, but a single confrontation with an upset customer can quickly turn a routine shift into a serious situation. In Minnesota, a Domino’s delivery driver became involved in a tense dispute after a customer accused them of attempted robbery. The details surrounding the accusation remain unclear, as the video appears to begin only after the alleged incident took place. Even so, the footage has continued to spread widely online.

The clip comes by way of Instagram user, iamkaymula, and has since been shared to Reddit. In it, we see a woman wearing a dark green and blue baseball jacket, blue jeans, and creme boots who is angrily holding an elderly Domino’s delivery driver by the collar in the doorway of an apartment building. “What is wrong with you?” she yells at him. “You think I’ve been doing this [expletive] for nothing? You think I’ve been doing this [expletive] for nothing [racial slur]? They took my money, [racial slur]!“

She shoves the Domino’s employee out of the doorway, though the worker does try to push back and stop her. Before she shuts the door on him, he can be heard exclaiming, “Give me the bag.” Here, he’s referring to his Domino’s delivery bag, which is still inside the building, on the floor. The person recording appears to be the woman’s little sister, who was the individual who the delivery driver reportedly “tried to rob.”

As the woman paces back and forth, she says, “I’m trying to feed my little sister, [racial slur]. You got me [expletive] up. They took my money, [expletive]. Get home!” Through the window, you can still see the delivery driver who is attempting to get his Domino’s delivery bag back. She then proceeds to throw the delivery bag at the employee, who is stood at the bottom of the steps outside the building. In the background, you can also hear the sister state, “The delivery driver just tried to play.” before the other woman storms up the stairs yelling, “Let’s go!“

Adding more context is some additional detail below the video, which reads as follows:

Last night dominoes tried to rob me and my little sister 💁🏽‍♀️🗣️ I’m my sisters keeper , it was never gone go that way 😈

With the video continuing to spread online, commenters were quick to weigh in. On Reddit, one user wrote, “Filming yourself committing crimes is always a good idea.” while another added, “She’s not the hero she thinks she is“. A third sensible commenter chipped in with, “and that is how an entire building gets black listed from delivered pizza.” A fourth penned, “Apparently she paid for the pizza. The guy came with the pizza and said it wasn’t paid for and asked for cash from her. She showed him the transaction on her phone showing it was paid, he declined still and the rest is what happens in the video.”

Ultimately, while the delivery driver may have been wrong to ask for additional payment after the pizza had already been paid for, the customer’s response seemed unnecessary and excessively aggressive. Fortunately, no one appears to have been injured during the incident, though the Domino’s driver will likely think twice before asking for money again.
