A grieving mother in Louisville, Kentucky, posted homicide awareness flyers in memory of her daughter and her daughter’s roommate—two teenagers who were tragically shot and killed. She placed the flyers outside the business where the alleged killer reportedly works. However, the business owner came outside and removed them, despite having no apparent right to do so.
The flyer dispute was shared online by Meredith Manica, the mother of Tiara, who tragically lost her life at age 17 alongside 18-year-old Navayah Dorse during a shooting at their apartment in 2025. Much of Meredith’s content focuses on honoring her daughter’s memory and advocating for justice in her case. The clip shared above quickly went viral, amassing 604,700 views, 75,100 likes, and more than 2,700 comments.
According to the Kentucky woman, she was outside Team Automotive on Bardstown Road in Louisville when the incident occurred. The shop’s owner, Bruce Mattingly, was allegedly seen walking along the street outside his business, removing homicide awareness flyers that Meredith and her family had previously posted.
“They’re taking down my flyers, even though I’m only trying to raise awareness after my daughter was shot in the back of the head,” Meredith said.
In the clip’s description, the mother stated that Mattingly employs a man named Seth Andrew, who has been accused of killing Tiara Manica and Navayah Dorse in October 2025. According to WLKY, the victims were inside their south Louisville home when they were fatally shot.
Andrew allegedly later admitted to the shooting but claimed he acted in self-defense. As of June 2026, no charges had been filed against him. Meanwhile, as of April 2026, Meredith had not heard from a detective in months, further deepening her grief.
Torn Down Flyers
Therefore, seeing her flyers torn down was not something she was willing to accept quietly. Mattingly is shown approaching Meredith and her family, telling them they were not allowed to post the flyers. Meredith’s mother disagreed, arguing that the poles did not belong to him but to LG&E.
This, however, did not stop the Kentucky business owner from continuing his tirade against the flyers. He is seen walking past Meredith, ignoring her as he proceeds to remove additional flyers from other poles around the block.
“If your daughter were murdered, would you be OK with that?” she asked the man, who chose to remain silent. She later added in the clip’s description, “As a grieving mother, it sickens me to watch a grown man tear down flyers I worked so hard to create, simply to raise awareness and seek justice for my daughter.”
Meredith eventually called the police, alleging that Mattingly had become confrontational. According to Mattingly, officers confirmed that she was permitted to post her flyers on LG&E poles.

The video sparked a wave of reactions, with many viewers expressing outrage over the man’s actions. One commenter wrote, “That’s not normal behavior,” while another remarked, “And he never sold another vehicle.”
Others responded by review-bombing Team Automotive and even canceling planned purchases from the dealership. One person wrote, “I am supposed to buy a Corsica there next Friday. I will be cancelling.” Another added, “Got it. Don’t buy cars from Team Automotive.”
