From the start, the Oklahoma man appeared surprisingly calm given the circumstances. His red sedan had been broken into, and the video showed that the driver’s-side window had been shattered. Still, Takunda’s main reaction was to call the thieves “dumb”, a comment prompted by the particular item they chose to steal. “Whoever did this, you’re dumb,” he said. “‘Cause you grabbed a tote bag with the Bible in it, which God is going to smite you for that.”
